Addictive new-texture French fries that you'll crave after just one bite. The freshly fried "Ribbon Fries," specially spiral-cut with a dedicated potato cutter, use May Queen potatoes carefully grown in the rich land of Hokkaido. At the shop, the potatoes are cut to order and seasoned with your choice of flavor immediately after frying. The lineup includes several flavors, ranging from refreshing sea salt & black pepper to options with varying degrees of spiciness and sweetness. With their unique crispy yet fluffy texture and shape, Ribbon Fries bring out the full flavor of the potato to the highest degree.
一度食べるとやみつきになる新食感のフライドポテト。専用のポテトカッターで螺旋状にスペシャルカットされた、揚げたてフライトポテト「リボンフライ」は、北海道の大地で大切に育てられたメークインポテトを使用しています。お店ではオーダーが入ってからポテトをカットし、揚げたてをお好みに合わせたフレーバーで味付けしています。さっぱりとしたシーソルト&ブラックペッパーをはじめ、辛さや甘さを選べる数種類のフレーバーをラインナップ。サクサクしつつもフワッとした独特の食感と形状を持つリボンフライは、ポテト本来の風味を極限までひき出しています。

After traveling the world tasting ginger ales, B.R.F developed its original ginger syrup using a unique recipe that perfectly balances spiciness and umami. Blended with fresh ginger from Kumamoto and a variety of spices, this syrup—when mixed with highly carbonated soda—becomes B.R.F’s original ginger ale. First-time drinkers are sure to be amazed by its bold and punchy flavor like nothing they’ve had before. Our alcohol lineup includes carefully selected craft beers from Japan and the U.S., a wide range of bourbon whiskeys, and original cocktails. For non-alcoholic options, we offer a full selection of ginger drinks made with B.R.F ginger syrup. From our signature Ribbon Fries and Ginger Ale to the BRF Burger and Bagel Sandwiches, you can enjoy the same great taste at home, at work, or on the go. Our light meal options are perfect for a quick takeaway, making them ideal for lunch or as a companion for a picnic. Drinks made with our house-made ginger syrup are also available for takeaway in our specially designed cups.
